WHAT AN INCREDIBLE WEEKEND!


Our Best Day Yet!
This was a great weekend! I personally had a great time hanging out with Grandmaster Sin this weekend. The seminar was great! That form is even better than I remembered. Remember, We will begin reviewing the kata during the 1st and 3rd Saturday review sessions. I will, in the meantime, make copies of the DVDs for everyone. Just give me time, as they each take about 20 minutes to burn.
AND NOW FOR THE BIGGEST NEWS!
Steve Papadopoulos and Johnny Tran tested for 2nd Degree Black belt! This was one of my proudest days as this is the highest rank I have ever guided a student to. Also testing successfully were Calvin Weekes and Kali Clemmer for 1st degree black belt, Josh Trupia for 3rd degree brown, Liz McCoy for Blue and Mackensie McFarland for Yellow. You all did a great job and made me proud!
On a much smaller note, Your Sifu, Bill Essex, passed his 3rd degree black belt test.

Remember, all regular classes are cancelled today in observance of the Martin Luther King Holiday. Enjoy your relaxation time and think of me while I am training with Master Joe Schaefer down in Naples. I am very lucky that he happens to be in Florida on business only 3 days after I tested for 3rd degree black belt. So I have the opportunity to begin my training right away.

5:15-6:00pm- Kids class
6:00-7:00- White and Yellow belts
7:00-8:00- Brown and Black belt
8:00-8:30-Black belt
 
Saturdays
11:00-12:00- Open Review Class
1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at noon-Seminar Review
2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at noon- Sparring and conditioning
